I cannot sign in to the app

The apps only sign you in — the account is made here on the site. If you continued with Google or Apple and the app sent you here, that address has no feit account yet: create one and go back to the app.

I forgot my password

If you made the account with an email and a password, write to general@feitxyz.com from the account's address and we will send you a link to reset it. If you signed in with Google or Apple you have no password with us: use the same button.

I want to delete my data or my account

It happens inside the app, in seconds, without asking us. The "Delete your account" page says where it lives in each app.

I found a bug

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened, and which iPhone. A photo of the screen helps more than a description, if you can.

How long we take

We answer on working days. There is no phone line and no chat: there are few of us and we would rather answer well than answer fast.
