Who we are
feit is run by a sole trader registered in Portugal. For any question about your data, write to general@feitxyz.com.
What we keep
If you left an email on a waiting list: the address, which app you asked about and which campaign you came from, and we send you one confirmation email. If you have an X account: your clients (name, phone, email, date of birth, height, weight and goal), sessions, notes, reminders, the plans you write for each client, the name your client knows you by, which you give when you send the code, the training days a client sends you from Y with their yes, your conversations with the assistant and the assistant's memory. If you have a Y account: your training, body weight and measurements, notes and any photos you log, the goal and equipment you give, your conversations with the assistant and the assistant's memory. If you buy X: the name, email, address and tax number you give when paying. There is no advertising and no cross-site tracking.
Health data
Training, body weight, photos and notes about your body are health data — special category, under GDPR Article 9. The lawful basis is your explicit consent, and you may withdraw it whenever you like: withdrawing it deletes the data.
Your clients' records
In X, what you write about a client is yours and is your responsibility as a professional. The client has no account in X and X does not write to them. When you send them the plan, you send it, from your own phone: a code on WhatsApp or the plan as a PDF. If they use the code in Y, the plan shows up in their Y, under your name, as you typed it when you sent the code. X shows that the record is linked. What they do on that plan only reaches X if they say yes, and they can stop sharing it, or stop seeing the plan, whenever they like. If they ask you for their data or its deletion, answering is yours to do.
Where it lives
In a database hosted in the European Union (Supabase, France) and on a server of ours, also in the EU, which is what talks to the language model. The model runs at a European provider and does not keep what we send it. The waiting-list confirmation email is delivered by Resend, an email-sending service, which receives your address only to deliver it. Payments for X are Stripe's: the card is typed on Stripe's page and never passes through us; we keep only the subscription's state. When you dictate instead of typing, your iPhone turns the voice into text — on the phone itself when it can, and otherwise at Apple, under Apple's terms. The audio never reaches feit: we only receive the text you choose to send.
For how long
As long as you have an account. Each app can delete its own data on its own — clearing one leaves your feit account and anything the other holds untouched — and deleting the account itself removes everything any feit app keeps about you. Both are in the app, with no forms and no need to ask us. Waiting-list emails stay until you ask to come off, or until we give up on telling you.
Your rights
Access, correct, delete, take with you, and withdraw consent — at any time, no explanation needed. Write to general@feitxyz.com from the address on the account. You may also complain to the CNPD, Portugal's data protection authority.
