Delete your account

All of this happens inside the app, in seconds, without asking us. This page is here for people who look here first.

Delete one app's data only

In X: Memória → the account icon → "Apagar os meus dados do X". It deletes your clients, sessions, notes and the assistant's memory. Your feit account stays, and anything you have in another feit app is untouched. In Y: Perfil → "Apagar os meus dados do Y". It deletes your training, conversations, body weight, notes and photos, and your feit account stays just the same.

Delete your feit account

In X: Memória → the account icon → "Apagar a conta feit". In Y: Perfil → "Apagar a conta feit". It deletes the account and everything any feit app keeps about you, in both. Immediate, and there is no way back.

If you already uninstalled the app

Write to general@feitxyz.com from the account's address and we will delete it for you, and reply to confirm. It is slower than doing it in the app, so use this route only when the app is out of reach.

The waiting list

If you only left an email on a waiting list, you have no account: write to general@feitxyz.com and we will take you off it.
